Citi Price Rewind is an industry leading credit card benefit which allows the consumer to “rewind the price” of an item after a purchase is made. I was tasked with designing a responsive site while simultaneously creating a visual identity for the product — as well as a 3-step system visualizing the core process. The site allows users to set up and manage their “price rewinds”, track the status and apply for a refund. I also had the opportunity to design a series of email communications keeping the consumer informed of the status, as well as a style guide to be used across Citi’s partner agencies.
